Q. How do I appeal a breach notice?
A. Please refer to the back of the breach notice or our reminder letter on how to appeal. All appeals must be submitted in writing. This can be via this website, (see our Appeals page) or by post or fax. Please ensure you include your contact address with your appeal. Upon receipt of your appeal the breach notice wil be placed on hold until we can review and respond which we will do in writing within 5 trading days of receipt of an appeal.
Q. How do I pay my breach notice?
A. Please refer to the back of the breach notice or our reminder letter for payment details, or go to our Payment Page on this website. You can also pay by sending a cheque or money order including the notice to Pauling Enforcement Services, P 0 Box 8290, Symonds Street Auckland 1150. Or at any ANZ Bank Branch account no. 01 -01 02-0536383—05. You must use the parking enforcement notice number as a reference when making payment this way.
Q. l have lodged an appeal but have not yet received an answer by the payment due date?
A. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a response by the payment due date, feel free to contact Parking Enforcement Services by telephone to establish how your appeal is progressing. The phone number is 0800 727 536, 10:00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
Q. Are private parking breach notices enforceable?
A. Yes, private parking breach notices are enforceable under laws relating to contract and informed consent.
Q. Do you issue infringement notices, fines or charge liquidated damages?
A. No, we issue a parking breach notice for breach of contract, it is not a fine, nor a penalty. We only charge the cost of enforcement which is clearly sign-posted in the car park
Q. Are your officers trained?
A. Yes, our offices have undergone extensive in-house training in conjunction with their own NZQA recognised secuity guard qudificatiors and also hold a security certificate of approval, (00A).
Q. Do you operate under any industry related codes of practice?
A. Parking Enforcement Services, a division of Wilson Parking New Zealand Limited, is a signatory to the Code of Practice for Parking Enforcement on Private Land – New Zealand.

A. Parking terms and conditions are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

A. The terms & conditions of parking and enforcement costs are clearly displayed throughout the car park where the breach notice was issued.
